Someone ruling with the Triforce without being its master isn't even possible, as revealed by the Japanese translations of OoT and OoX that reveal that the Triforce only balances the Reasons of the world instead of giving providence.

Not only does the Miyamoto Order clash with AoL's backstory, it conflicts with the idea of OoT being the IW (which was intended when the Miyamoto Order came out) as well.

I have a few problems with that.

Firstly, the Zeldas are very important characters in the series. It can't just a mere coincidence that they're all named Zelda, generations before a Zelda naming tradition was ever conceived.

I didn't say that they'd all be named Zelda. It'd go like this:

Zelda-Elizabeth-Mary-Catherine-Zelda-Elizabeth etc.

The idea is that all of the princesses that interacted with a hero and/or had to save their kingdom were named Zelda, like how all of the heroes are canonically named Link.

I didn't say that either. Just saying that it renders the naming tradition meaningless unless you attribute it to something else. Like maybe the sleeping zelda was cursed as virgin and therefore didn't have any direct decendants. Or like my suggestion that all true Zeldas are reincarnations of the same princess and with the Sleeping Zelda cursed to eternal slumber, no new Zeldas could be born.

Regardless if it's every princess named Zelda or not, my point is that you'd have to justify having the naming tradition so late in the timeline or it sticks out like a sore thumb.

However, it was said in an interview that it's always a different Link and Zelda with the exception of direct sequels, making the reincarnation thing impossible. I'll try to find the interview.

While you do have a bit of a point with making the tradition come so late, I find that it's the least troublesome, most plausible way to deal with it. Since every playable hero is named Link, every heroic princess could plausibly be named Zelda.

I know, and I mentioned that too. I just wanted the point made that putting it last has it's flaws too.

The point of reincarnation is that you come back as a new person. Hurp de durp. Besides, Spirit Tracks makes reincarnation canon.

The interview said that only Ganondorf reincarnates though. The Links and Zeldas are supposedly separate people.

Byrne's a spirit though, so whether he'll be reincarnated traditionally or his body will just reform is uncertain.

Source. I want a textual citation.

Anjean says that strong people will always reincarnate. If Link and Zelda don't qualify, fucking no one does. (And reincarnation requires reembodiment. Do you not know what the term means?)

I don't think Anjean's quote can be taken to apply to ALL people:

Anjean: Besides, our kind are the servants of the spirits. We don't disappear that easily.

Tetra: What do you mean?

Anjean: The spirit is persistent, my dear. Byrne may not have any memory of these events, but years from now, he'll return in a new form.

Servants of the Spirits reincarnate, though not necessarily all people with persistent souls.

"Tetra"? Lol, I hope that quotemine is reputable. :P

Anyway, Anjean's second quote definitely looks like it's referring to the spirit in general. We'll have to see the Japanese and I'll take a look at the context.

The line right after that does imply that future games are not on the AT.
Spoiler

And I would like to see this quote about Ganon reincarnating. That is very possible, but without official confirmation, I can't be certain.
