Of course, the outer layer of the Great Pyramid is missing; maybe his name was written on that?

Besides, the pyramid is his name. If you get what I mean. You don't need an inscription on the pyramid to say who built it when absolutely everyone remembers who built it because it was such a massive undertaking and dominates the countryside.

possibly. Wait. Outer layer of stone? That was mentioned in the other story of the pyramid's creation. The guy reenforced it with another layer of stone. I wonder which of the two stories regarding the pyramid is older.

Well, it's not really a reinforcement; originally, the Great Pyramid had smooth white sides. They were partially dismantled and I guess the rocks were used to build houses in Cairo...
