possibly. Wait. Outer layer of stone? That was mentioned in the other story of the pyramid's creation. The guy reenforced it with another layer of stone. I wonder which of the two stories regarding the pyramid is older.

Well, it's not really a reinforcement; originally, the Great Pyramid had smooth white sides. They were partially dismantled and I guess the rocks were used to build houses in Cairo...
