The closest thing to that I've played is something called "Gerbils." It's a simple (stupid) education game where you make a track that has 6 gerbils riding rail carts. It's just a 3D simulation to demonstrate the physics of gravity, really. It was so boring that I thought the goal was to knock the other gerbils off the track...

We didn't actually have the game; our neighbours across the path had it. Might still have it. Played it over at their house. We'd house sit and feed their pets when they were on holiday. I think maybe we borrowed it from them...

I used to love Roller Coaster Tycoon, but I had to make myself stop playing it when it started giving me nightmares...

In them I'm just playing the game, then a whole bunch of power-outage symbols from Sim City 2000 show up, and everything goes all fiery and melty. Distorted music is playing and I say to quit the game, then the resulting "Do you want to quit?" message box (red as the burning background) appears, getting gradually bigger. I click "yes" or whatever it was, and then the nightmare ends.

It disturbed me when I was younger... but I don't know why. Maybe I should dig it out again and fire it up if I can find it.

I remember that game, it was on the school computer when I was in junior school. I never got to play it. When I was on holiday last year I saw the game for sale in a Somerfield.

Yes, but the remix is the famous version right now, and the guy in the video I posted is 1) known for imitating famous, catchy songs at this point and 2) I'm pretty sure was being sponsered by Geico (the video was listed as being done by the Gecko).

Also, I've never seen Rockwell's actual music video. That...is creepy.
