She doesn't actually live in a tree, or have a tree house. She lives a civilized life in the middle of the biggest town in Hyrule. Excuse me, but Kokiri do not work that way.

As long as we're on the subject, Agitha's Japanese name is Ageha, which means swallowtail butterfly. Not that this makes her a Kokiri... I think she just likes the bugs so much because they allow her to play out her fantasy of being a princess, by playing the part of her subjects. Her obsession seems to be caused by delusions, and not a spiritual connection with nature like Kokiri have. Unless she actually IS the insect princess that she believes she is...
Also, the markings under Agitha, Telma, and Fanadi's eyes are actually red, purple, and green. Not red, blue, and green.
