I can see the girl being sacrificed to be made into the sword. It wouldn't be the first time Nintendo pulled something like that. Anyone remember Luvbi from Super Paper Mario?

Super Paper Mario was E-Rated and had the same kind of concept.

In any case, Twilight Princess was rated T. I suspect that "The Legend of Zelda: The Girl Is A Sword!" will be rated T as well.
