In all fairness to the Fire Emblem fandom, until Smash Bros Melee their entire fanbase was Japanese-only, and for like a decade or more they've been working on patched ROMs and stuff.

Why do you like using the Japanese names?

I use the Japanese titles because the games were made in Japan.

Then why don't you use the Japanese names? People would probably be more familiar with KnT than with TG. Also, use the handy acronym feature; if you have an acronym, surround it with the acronym text like so: [acronym=Triforce of the Gods, duh!]TG[/acronym]. Then people can mouse hover over the acronym to see what it is.

1. You aren't using the Japanese names. The Japanese names would be Toki no Ocarina, Kamigami no Triforce, etc., so you just look stupid by trying to pretend. And since there are OFFICIAL English names, using literal ones makes no sense.

2. Your acronyms don't make sense. Seriously. They can be longer than two letters. The whole point of acronyms is that everyone understands them, not to mention that the fanbase has a universally accepted set of acronyms. By ignoring them, you're not persuading anyone that there's something wrong with them, you're just making yourself look elitist, and don't feign innocence and pretend you can't see the image it portrays. You've gone out of your way to create this obfuscating crap to confuse people and distract from the point. THAT is why I was comparing you to someone who has done that obfuscating crap, but in a completely different way.
