Starter
Trio of Asparagus, Mousse, grilled & E'spuma
I've no idea what E'spuma means, but it tasted very nice and came in a mini cup. The Asparagus Mousse and grilled Asparagus were also good.

Fish Dish
Mediterranean Fish Terrine, Rouille, Salad & Croutons
I don't really know what Terrine and Rouille mean either, but it tasted quite nice. By salad it meant a few leaves, and there were only about two croutons... But never mind.

So, I went to a posh dinner in college last week...
If you go to another one and are ever offered Balut, don't try it.

Double-rib Lamb Chop, Summer Bean Cassoulet, Globe Artichoke & Paloise Sauce
I think the foreign words are just to make it sound posher. I really like lamb. This was nice, especially the lamb. Have I mentioned I like lamb? It's my favourite meat. Oh, I guess that vegetable was an artichoke. Well, it was pretty nice. Even food I don't normally like is nice when cooked well, it seems.

It's a good thing you pointed that out. Because that just looks like a random string of characters to me.

And I thought the 'vomit' emote looks like a drunk clown. o.o

I just thought of a good tattoo for you.
Get the entire power glove tattooed to your right arm.

Dessert
Chocolate & Passion Fruit Bavarois, sweet red Wine Syrup
With random capitalisation. The Bavarois was okay, though not stellar. There was a strawberry too, though the menu doesn't mention it, and one of those weird fruits you pull off the strange stalky thing, what are they called? I can't remember, or find it on wikipedia. You know what I mean. A bit like a yellowish berry.

Green Butter with toasted brown Bread
It's traditional. Green butter is made of butter, parsley and anchovies. Yum.

Coffee Course
Coffee & fresh Cherries
I don't mind coffee if it's sweet and milky. I could eat the sugar I put in with a teaspoon after I'd drunk the coffee. I was careful to eat five cherries; I guess I could have had another eight, but no more or less. Because of the rhyme, you know.

Chablis Domaine de la Pauliere 2000
Chorey-les-Beaune 2001
Smith Woodhouse LBV 2001
Wine and port... Depressing for a teetotaler like me. I could be getting much more money's worth out of the meal if I drank alcohol! Still, it was free, so I can't complain. There was orange juice, still water and sparkling water too, after all.
