IFR, there were people who said you were pretty, and you're entirely overlooking their comments. Please don't be so quick to assume what the intentions of the guys here are.
We would like to think that the community of LA is full of respectable people, and certainly there is very little chance of a single person here finding out who you are and where you live, so if they think you're attractive or not, it shouldn't hurt you physically.
So please just try to enjoy getting closer to everyone else here. This is not a thread to fight in, it's a thread for having fun and becoming closer to your fellow forum-goers.
And yeah..we're all webfreaks here. A lot of us had or still have trouble with relationships, but that's for the Life section. Believe me- more people can relate to you than you might know.

I have one thing to say.
I will say it once, and that is it.
People who judge by your outer appearance only - are superficial.
So - in my opinion, if you want someone to look at you for who you are...and say hello to you, not treat you second hand - it's called luck. It's all on how you act, talk, and feel about yourself. (Personally, I don't even think anyone is comfortable with their own bodies - no matter how good looking/beautiful they may be. They're only looked at for being pretty, skinny, etc.)
I don't have a great deal of friends, but the friends I have aren't bent on being superficial.
I consider myself lucky.
