[Crimson Lego]

I went ahead and downloaded the patch just in case, since I don't know if my copy will have the glitch or not. I'm at 59 crystals, I think. I think the spiral charge took me 5 or 10 tries. I actually found it easier to sneak up on the moving targets than to try to get the ones that were placed between rocks and such.

I've been relishing this game more than any since Majora. I've logged close to 60 hours so far.

Whoa, that is a lot. I think I'm only at about 34 hours so far. I didn't really concentrate on upgrading and side quests till after I fully upgraded the sword.

Side quests are always what determines if a game is just good or SUPER GREAT for me. Majora was always one of my favourite Zeldas because of the awesome Anju/Kafei quest. I like for them to use side quests to give some of the NPCs more depth. It's way better for me if I can feel some kind of emotional attachment to them rather than just interact with them one time.

Yeah, makes sense.

The one thing I wish Skyward Sword had more of would be land civilization. Like, you only see the occasional Goron running around, but it would be cool to go someplace and interact with the people of their town or like an entire city of Ancient Robots that come back to life when you activate a Timeshift Stone. I really like the new overworld layout, though; visiting the same place over and over keeps it fun.

I keep hoping that at some point there will be a timeshift stone that permanentlyturns all of Lanayru back to its former glory. I probably shouldn't hold my breath.

But yeah, I do wish they had included more civilizations on land.

I think another cool thing would have been to at least let us visit the area surrounding the Sealed Temple/Temple of Hylia and maybe interact with some of the races that helped Hylia fight off Demise. Add a lot more RPG feel to the game.


Overall, I'd have to say it's probably now my favourite Zelda game. Also good for working out my right arm.
