We've all seen examples of these posted on the internet, but I have to say, this one made me especially laugh!!

(EDIT: I've attached the file as some people couldnt see it)

I've often wanted to do something like that in my mechanics days!!!

Yes, out of all of them, that was my favorite one as well.

I only saw about eight though, I can't find a site that has more.

Haha! This is awesome! I think next year if any of my students do this, I'll give them a point just for the laugh I got.

Lmfao. The elephant one was hilarious. I really, really want to do something like that now. XD

I didn't know some answers on my math midterm a couple quarters ago, so I wrote down "ham sandwich", "striped sweater", and "strawberry jam". :D
..My TA wrote down "Chuck Norris eats tuna sandwiches." next to the ham sandwich one. :deadlink:

But that was amusing, Lenabot. Did you actually know what you were doing when you did that question, though?

Hahahhaa, I've seen both those before. The X one is awesome.

I liked this one. Even if it isn't as good as the elephant or the X.

They are exams created by the International Baccaulareate (sp?) Organization. I am going to do those this May, and what you showed looked TOTALLY like a question of their exams.

Yes, but it also looks like anything you might find on a GCSE or A-Level paper... Most exams are probably very similar.

No picture to go with it but while in college a friend of mine told me this story:

A teacher known for giving assignments that involved essays of between 1000 and 1500 words decided that he would try to test his students creative abilities and have them write an essay that was 2000 words. A student who was completely sick of these essays wrote this:
"They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Here's two." And had drawn two pictures beneath it.

The teacher was so taken aback that he gave the student an A+ for cheekiness and told the rest of the class if they ever tried it they'd get no credit on that essay.

And there is the old urban myth about various philosophy exams, like the question "What is bravery?". Most of the exam hall frantically scribbled essays for the duration; but one kid supposedly wrote "This is" and left the hall. And supposedly aced it! Not sure how true that is though...

My brother got away with that when he was in high school too. It was great.

Don't we all feel like this once in a while? I think so. Although in one of my more important tests I had finished early so I wrote notes to who ever was marking my paper in the section reserved for rough work. I told them to relax and maybe go for a coffee.

Because I'm just a nice guy like that. =P
