Saying somthing is gay as a derogatry satement is against forum rules. Yer. Im not sure if its against the rules in the media section to use gay as a dergotary term but I know it is in other sections so I just wouldnt do it as it may cause offence to some of our homosexual members.dont the rules say dont use profanity a lot?

First of all, he was only warning you correctly - using "gay" as a derrogatory term is not acceptable here, and should only be used when refering to a state of happiness or to homosexual males.
Second of all, you shouldn't have been snippy back, jerk-off. It might have been uncalled for, but your smart aleck remark only qualified it. Watch it.
