Pressing anyone would always give either a huge hint, or the necessary addendum to the testimony that you would of course need to object to. Overall a much more obvious and straightforward game.
I also have to say I didn't feel like I prosecuted anyone. I did detective work! And plenty of defense attorney stuff, too. But where was the prosecution?
