Just for your knowledge, seeing as you don't know what a Tanuki is and I do, here is a description. They are an animal similiar to raccoons (although they are more closely related to foxes). They're native to Asia. Statues of these Tanuki are often found outside shops in Japan, depicted carrying bottles of sake and, in what would seem like a crude display of typical Japanese humour, enormous testicles. These testicles (colloquially known as kintama - literally "golden balls") are believed to be a symbol of good luck.

Ironic, seeing as the raccoon/Tanuki in LA was anything but lucky for Link.

when i said 'they probably changed it to raccoon not knowing what a tanuki is' i meant -they- didnt know. obviously i did or i wouldnt know a raccoon looked similar.

A bit of a mixed naming question to confuse you.

Name:

a) the assistant to the Termina Mountain Smithy
B) The two guards in the Rito Chieftain's room
c) All the members of the Indigo-gos
d) The LA Kangaroo's penpal
e) Nayru's loyal bodyguard (OOA)
f) King Darunia's son.

Probably too easy

Yeah, Blaino was a mini-boss, but I don't remember Ricky in LA... it has been a long time since I've played it, though.

Blaino was a level8 mid-boss but I sure don't remember a kangeroo. There were lots of animals, like the walrus, bear, hippo, mountain goat (the person who is writing to d) Mr. Write), rabbits and such but no kangaroo.

Edit: corrected the animal who was writing to Mr. Write

d) The LA Kangaroo's penpal

It's not a kangaroo, its a goat called Christine. Who writes to Mr. Write, from SimCity.
