So, apparently, at one point Lego figurines of The Legend of Zelda characters were suggested to Lego. There was this huge campaign that completely passed me by and probably a few of you guys.

Well, good news!

It's not going to happen.

Actually there was a member that joined here specifically to raise awareness for the campaign. This was some time ago.

In any event, sad news. :/

It a shame. i would have liked lego sets of Zelda characters.

Well someone else has started up another petition, this time focusing on Link and an Iron Knuckle: http://lego.cuusoo.c...deas/view/32525


Hopefully the fact that just about everything in the set except for the hat and Hylian Shield is made of existing pieces will ease Lego's concern over the cost of new molds. Still wish they would've done Ganondorf instead of an Iron Knuckle since you would only need a new head and hair mold.
