Anyway, I'm curious how your RP system works, so in order to test it out I'm putting one of my characters in here.
It's simplistic, not very 3-D (I threw it together in the 15 minutes it took to type up), but not altogether horrible.
PART I
Name: Elumin "El"
Race: Rakshasa
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Height: 6' 4"
Weight: 180
Hair Color/Style: Brown, waist length.
Eye Color: Green
Build: Tall, and a little thin. Long fingers make his arms seem skinnier than they are. His particular choice of dress (in the style of monk's robes) smooth out and linearize his form.
Origin: N/A
PART II
Strengths & Abilities: Besides Rakshasa racial ablities, he is a mid-level spellcaster, specializing in wind elemental with strengths in fire and light elementals. Good with the katana. Disbelief in absolutes provides for a almost complete lack of bias against people.
Weaknesses: Prefers not to wear armor unless absolutely necessary. Tends to overlook other's motivations to scrutinize their actions alone. Unusually paranoid, but not debilitatingly so. Overly curious. Natural showmanship makes him an obvious target for robbery and singles him out as a threat in multiple-person combat.
PART III
Biography: His parents were emissaries sent to negotiate more peaceful human-rakshasa relationships. However, while they thought they were coming to negotiate peacefully, they were taken hostage before they met up with the diplomats they were sent to meet.
Elumin, 11 at the time, escaped to a nearby kingdom, where the local lord took him in as a page boy, believing him to be human. He grew up in a pleasent household, eventually gaining the honor and respect of the lord who raised him. At 24 he was given the blessing of his lord and set out to see if he could find out what had happened to his parents.
It's short. I know. I was in a hurry. I can make it longer if I have to, but I was hoping this would be an easy character with relatively simple motivations, that I can twist the hell out of if I feel like it.
