I honestly believe that this gift was given in a completely non-snarky fashion. Nintendo wanted to some publicity, so they sent a national leader a copy of a game aimed at the adult market. The Prime Minister of Japan probably plays the game, too.

I think what HoW means is that it would be less humorous or worthwhile to HIM. Some of us others may find Bush bashing very funny indeed. Although, it's almost getting too easy these days.
Anyway, I'm still baffled by Nintendo's choice of games, wouldn't Nintendogs be more W's speed?
