Alrighty, it looks like that I have finally decided it is time for me to make another shop, with the addition of requesting of banners as an option!! Yay!!! Not only will members be able to request avatars in this shop, but now they have the option of finally requesting banners from me! This topic is offiically both an avatar and banner-making shop. I know I said previously that I was going to have two separate topics--one for avatars, and then one for banners. However, I've decided that combining the two would work better. All my stuff will be kept into one happy thread that way. I'm going to go ahead and make this topic a sticky, so members can have easy access to it whenever they please. Requests can be easily placed this way, and I can get to work on them quicker. Below are some guidelines pertaining to the requests you can make for an avatar/banner. Haha, you'll notice pretty much everything written in this topic is indeed very similar to my last topic. That's was laziness does. XD
Note: I have changed the requesting format, so that it is easier for me to read and for the member to state what they want on avatars. This allows members to get exactly what they want. If you don't care for any of the fields, and want me to do things by my choosing, write NP (no preference) next to the field in which you would like for me to choose by myself in the creation of your avatar/banner. For the avatars/banners I created up to this change of formatting, I did my own designs for borders, animation, size, text, and colors, for member's requests. I am still able to do that if you would like. Write N/A for the fields you do not want in your avatar/banner.

Guidelines Regarding Avatar/Banner Requests

Avatar/Banner template (yes or no):
Avatar sizes can range from 50 x 50 pixels to 130 x 130 pixels in size. Banners can range from...any dimensions you see fit. Members have the option of choosing the size of their avatars/banners as they wish. If a member does not state a specific size of avatar/banner they want, I will choose the size of it on my own behalf. If a member would like a character image incorporated into their avatar/banner somehow, it would be best that he or she post the image in this topic. That way, it gives me the exact image he or she wants/prefers in the avatar/banner. In fact, I encourage members to do that, so I don't have to waste time hunting images down. If a member doesn't have an image ready, then he or she should tell me specifically what character they want in it (name of character, what game/anime/etc. did it come from, etc.) and I will do my best to search for those images somewhere. If a member already has an image ready for use, they can simply upload it in this topic and I can take it from there to put in the avatar/banner.I am able to do slight animations such as blinking/winking of eyes in characters and perhaps a little other movement effects. However, I will only do animation for avatars. If a member would like animation somehow incorporated into their avatar, simply state so.
If a member would like their username enscribed on it, or any other text like a quote or something, state so. Any specified colors can be mentioned. If a member wants a certain border style, simply state what kind and color (double border, single, etc.) If a member would like certain types of colors used on the avatar/banner, state so. If a member would like a unique avatar/banner(banners may be trickier for this) template, simply say yes or no in the field, and I will make the avatar/banner in a template, probably of my choosing. If a member would like for me to create a surprise avatar/banner for them (an avatar/banner of my choosing), simply state so. By choosing the surprise option, the avatar/banner will be customized by myself. If a member is unsatisfied with their product, simply tell me, and I will modify it for them. Art takes time and so patience is nice to have for an avatar/banner (especially the banners) request. I want to produce high quality work, so please refrain from nagging in any way. I usually get pieces done within a week. Crediting me is not required for avatars, but it's a nice thing to do. Well my friends, those are the general guidelines regarding the requesting of avatars and/or banners. Now you may begin requesting as you please.
