Alright yall. I've done this once every year, so im goanna do it again. I AM RAISING A PETITION TO CREAT A ZELDA MOVIE. ahem. This is just an attempt. Nothin' serious. I just need to communicate here. So, thing is, people like zelda to be a movie some people dont. In my other posts i encourage people to make ideas and so forth, and if possible, still find the secrets of the lost ancient Hyrule. Making the magnificent is not easy, but it is possible. If you would like to sign, and mods are allownd to do so as well, please put your name and your comment. One more thing. If you have any bad comments plz, save them. Im tyred of hearing nonsense from sensless people that dont even have taste. Thank you and enjoy. P;us if anyone has ides, go ahead, you may write away.

world_trecker, I know you mean well, and I hate to crush your youthful enthusiasm, but I must tell you how the world works.

Big companies make movies. They cost millions to make. The big companies are not going to listen to what a group of people say. Even if we got 50,000 signatures, it wouldn't matter.

Nintendo knows that a Zelda movie would be popular, but, making a full length motion picture is a HUGE risk.

I'm sorry, but this is just reality. When I was young I sent letters to Enix with my video game ideas. I'm sure they all went into a trash can.

FINE, HAVE IT YALL WAY. Mabey there are other people that would consider. Besides. Even if it is a great risk, making the impossible is not really "impossibe. you need montage and all. Besides, yall didnt get a personal letter from the zelda creator himself did you now. CAUSE I DID. His translator wrote it though. But still, there is lots of time to do so. And mark my words young man, everyone has a dream and dreams sometime come true. I see you doing no effort in creating something. But i do. me. And others as well. Everyone stand. Sighn. Stand up for what you live. Live the game. Feel the game. Make it happen. I aint givvin up this time. No matter what. Even if i have to post it all over the forums. NEVER!

World trecker, it's a nice idea, but it's unlikely that an online petition will help to convince them to make a movie - who are you trying to convince, anyway? Nintendo?
Now if you showed up at their door with a hard copy of millions of signatories promising to go and see the movie if it came out they might pay some more attention...

If you're petitioning the big N, it won't work. And you shouldn't pull crap like this if you don't even have a script, either. "Make a Zelda movie" is a horrible idea if you don't know if you even have a movie worth making.

If you go to them with a hard copy of millions of signers that will see the movie, it could happen. Besides, im experienced, i have the scripts, and im commited to do this. Hands down.

First of all, if you ARE a writer, Lord knows you know the importance of basic grammar. Dude.

Furthermore, if you would allow such foolish underlings as us little board-hoppers to see your work, that would be loverly. Could you PLEASE put up a link to at least a solid segment of your script, if nothing else, so people will know what they're supposed to sign up for?

And no, Hollywood doesn't work through petitions. Least not anymore. Hollywood already knows what people want, (sex and action,) and they'll give it to them whether they ask or not. Hm.

I doubt you would be able to get enough signatures to convince anyone to make a Zelda movie. I would estimate that for every one person who would like to see a Zelda movie there are at least 100 people who would hate it. As husse said people want movies with sex and action, Zelda offers neither.

Yeah, there was already a movie about a forest boy saving a princess from a dark lord with the aid of fairies, anyway. It was called Legend. Without the 'of Zelda' at the end.

You know, there is no director out there that could do a videogame justice. Christophe Gans might be able to pull it off, but we have yet to see his attempt on turning Silent Hill into a movie. He talks as if he knows what he's doing, but we have yet to see the finished product and to see if he can back up his words with action.

A film doesn't have to be an overmilked franchise. It can be, but doesn't have to be. And there's nothing wrong with lots of merch, so long as its respectable merch.

I have a picture of something regarding Shiek and Link that I found on the interweb, but it wouldn't be very appropiate to show
