Megaton hammer.

Does the biggoron sword? I think so...

Biggoron's Sword wipes the floor with Shadow Link. Get that first. He can't defend against such a blade. Every time you hit him he'll appear right behind you so turn quickly to Z-target again. The more damage you inflict upon Shadow Link the more 'evil' he'll become and then he starts attacking you like crazy, so make sure you strike first, repeat the process until he's dead.

hi all! i was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind helping me... i'm kind of at my wit's end here... and this forum wouldn't let me start a new topic??? anyway...

If someone could help me I'd be forever thankful!

Basically, I need help with zelda 64 and the water temple. I missed a key in the water temple, so I went through a guide to figure out which key I've missed... It is the one you get after receiving the longshot, you're supposed to play the song of time on the blue block, fall through into another room, and get a key in there...

so i went back, went through the room where you fight dark link (having already defeated him) and went into the room where you get the longshot. I went and played the song of time over the blue block and... nothing happened... no matter what, nothing happens after I play the song, the block doesn't disappear like it is supposed to! I'm unbelievably frustrated, and I really don't want to have to start this game all over again... can anyone help?

You can't start a new topic till you have 5+ posts I think to prevent spambots advertising.

That key caused me untold trouble, mainly because I couldn't find it. But make sure you're aren't standing untop of the block when you play the song, otherwise it won't disappear. That might be the problem, if it isn't I don't know how I can help.

Arturo's post deleted as requested.
You only need one post to be able to make your own topics.
As Khallos says, so long as you're not touching the blue block it should disappear when you play the song of time.

Also, make sure Navi is glowing green around the blue block before you start playing, but DON'T be standing on top of it. If the block actually DID move, it'd probably result in a game crash. :P

And Ricky, I find that Dark Link in the Water Temple doesn't grow necessarily more "evil" as you damage him. It was my understanding that he grew more vicious if you took too long and he gets tired of you. Try using the Master Sword to get him like this, then the Biggoron's Sword for a challenge. :D
