A while back, people had reported that CN was removing SEED from the Toonami block, for an unknown amount of time, to be replaced by Rurouni Kenshin. Apparently, SEED was taken off of Toonami to be moved to Adult Swim, probably because the second half of the series is fairly more violent than the first half.

Well... at least now we won't have to worry about crappy edits. But 1:00 AM is pretty late. :deadlink:

EDIT-My bad, I didn't read it all. It's not moving to Adult Swim, it's moving to Saturday mornings. Which... is even worse. That's like the same way Gundam X died.

I used to enjoy watching Gundam Seed while I was in USA. But now that I'm in Canada, does anyone know if it is still telecasted in Canada?

HA! Take THAT you miserable piece of wishy washy name tainting crap! Talk about a good birthday present - I find out this dredge is moved to the death time slot and Energon is moved back to the afternoons.

Yeah, this is probably the worst they could do. Not only is it getting an even worse slot than X, but since it'll be on Saturday mornings, it probably won't cut down on the edits.

*sigh* Hopefully CN will come to their senses, and put Zeta on!

So what? I like the songs too, but that's not going to save a slipshod piece of crap.

And the same could also be applied to Wing. ;)

But what makes Wing's case even worse, is that the J-pop music wasn't implemented until the latter half of the series.

No, SEED manages to make Wing look like a work of art, in my opinion. That's not a good thing.

Wing wasn't ALL bad. Even though I think we could of all been better if the Piliots of the Gundams wern't the BACKSTREET BOYS. And Ruroni Kenshin is coming back, which is always a good thing.

Wing wasn't all bad, true. What Wing is, is hype.

Although the original Gundam was a huge hit. And Wing and SEED are supposed to be modern, albeit tweaked, versions of the original show. Thus, all of the hype and fandom surrounding Wing, SEED, and (the future) SEED Destiny.

But, considering DJ and I, are still big fans of the old series, I suppose that would explain our... lack of enthusiasm when it comes to Wing and SEED. ;)

Well, I actually thought Wing was all right...it's when people think it's better then UC that I get upset.

SEED just sucks, leave it at that, and I have zero faith in SEED Destiny.

Actually, I think SEED Destiny shows some promise. It can clean up some of SEED's crap by refreshing the CE universe. Plus...

Bah, I was so happy when...

Fllay went kaboom

...myself. I have no hope because the -cough- "new" Gundam designs are so tired and unoriginal. Even UC's similar Gundams as you trace from the RX-78-2 to the RX-93nu were more varied. I swear they have a Gundam machine where they press a button and a Gundam pops out by now.

And now they're dragging the Zaku's into this. -_-;

Meh. I'd rather people take the time to THINK before they design a Gundam - Destiny's designs are so bland and cookie cutter it's not even funny.

It's true that gundams could use more designs, but I still want a machine that just pops out gundams. A gundam anytime I want. That would be awesome.

Adult Swim does come on very late, especially for us school going people. Saturday mornings, ah, I'm asleep then too. Just can't ever win!
