Um...Bill said that somebody beat OoT in 5 hours...but he didn't comment on how "true" that was, nor did he say the timing was the same as mine. I doubt they used the same stragies I used...so I doubt their run, if one existed (surely not on video), isn't as fast as mine.

I can get the master sword in a half an hour.
Good job tho.
I haven't tried to beat the rest of it in a certain amount of time. I end up trying to cherish it and slow down.
And the water temple sucks.
no, just kidding, i have that down pretty much. I keep forgetting exactly how to get to the third floor to raise the water level, but i get it

the water temple is actually my favorite 
but yea, as it was already stated i also enjoy taking the game slowly and doing as much as i can. i like making the game last longer and like to abuse every side quest and other thingie they put in, because they put it in for the enjoyment of the consumer... not doing them is like.... a waste lol

They take too long for me to download too, but I archive the sites for when I'm older, so I can take a look at them then. I currently have the crappest internet connection ever: Bigpond, 500 MB on Broadband, and Firefox. What is the good of Broadband if it isn't on an unlimited plan?

I download large files from my university. I have a USB drive so it's awesome (and now all of the computers have CD burners on them too!). I only have dial up at home, but...
... we are in the process of installing Bigpond broadband right now o.O I hope you're only saying it's crappy cuz of the download limit (we are going to have only 400 MB).
How big is that OoT file anyway? I usually wouldn't watch it because I can just play through OoT myself, but I'd be kind of curious to see how a fast run is done (not necessarily OoT, any of the Zelda games).

It's 1.09 GB... I have unlimited broadband and even I'm not going to bother wasting my time with it. But pretend I've watched it and I am awed.

If you're going to complain about not watching it, don't spam up this thread. It 1 GB, but it is in several files. Each file is no more than 100MB at most, most 60-90MB. So if you have a high speed connection, 10-30 mins tops per any section to download.
And if you said it is the same, you're stupid. The run is significantly different. I employed new strategies in EVERY single segment. So you obviously didn't watch it.

That's okay that it's split into sections. I might download a couple at uni sometime then (probably won't watch the whole thing, particularly the start of the game where it's a lot of cutscenes. I can just imagine TSA sitting there, pounding his N64 controller when he can't skip through the text!!!!)

I wouldn't have taken the time to download and post about it if it was unentertaining, TSA...and you're partways right...I only watched the end, b/c it was quickest...but I've heard of many strategies, so I just meant the gameplay was basically the same...it's different if you've only played OoT once or stick to the same old thing...

I have a supposedly high-speed internet connection at school to, but we only get 50 MB of storage. Plus the fact that my USB Drive only holds 64 MB. Ever since I started going to the school they've applied so many restrictions. But it makes it easier to hack.

A grading program we use, the teachers put all the grades on it and edit them. Not that I've ever changed anything, just gotten in.
