Do one of those "endless dungeons" where you keep falling and fighting more baddies. At the end is 300 rubies. cha~ching!

Yeah, do what dark nut said, going through the endless area on Outset gets you tons of money! ^.^

Or, you could just go around robbing random pirates and exploring caverns and fishing and stuff! But thats only if youre a adventureous fool like me -_-

Actually, everytime I was getting a triforce chart...there was the symbol in the middle, and on each side was a pot...the pot had about 400 rupees too. And this is on EVERY triforce chart location. Also, just in case you havent gotten all of them...there was a dungeon where you had to fight Dark Nuts in the end.

You could have used their swords to break the pillars in these places and collected like 500 rupees.

Of course, if its too late, you may have to do the endless dungeon as D~N said. Actually, that dungeon is the best one...you fight over 100 badies!

Go to Dragon Roost, on the other side where you see Zephos' shrine, don't swim there, turn to your right (I think) and lift up the rock with the Power Bracelets (I assume that's what you have) jump in and let them taste the cold steel of justice that is the Master Sword!

That is, if you haven't found it already...

The best place is Boating Course. It is west the farest southeastern island. You can earn 130 rupees each 2 minutes.

That was very good help. If anyone still has more secrets, go on blab. I'm that kind of person who goes out, and searches for secret areas.

If it helps (and I know I'm a little late to read this), I loved puzzles, so I went inside the house on your self-named island that they mentioned before and played the tile-moving puzzle on the wall many times. :P TONS of easy ruppees.

I went through the Savage Labyrinth, Stone Watcher Island and (if I remember correctly) Overlook Isle. I would also sell a lot of the items (Joy Pendants, Skull Necklaces) to Beetle. If you haven't done Shark Island, I would do it. You get a Silver Rupee! Another place to go would be Ice Ring Isle. If you haven't done the second area where you fight some Bokolins, Moblins and that Darknut. You will get an Orange Rupee.

100 level dungeon, you'll want to do it anyway, because if you use your mirror shield you can get a peice of heart at the real bottom. I just like fighting so many baddies that I lag out my gamecube, and enjoy me some bullet time in a zelda game.

Oh course, the problem with bullet time in a sword game is that you tend to get cut. And it's not good for the ATI card to be doing that much work, trying to render all those effects and death sequences at once.

Maybe you'll laugh, but me, it's the opposite. I've too much money! I don't know how can I spend it! Even worse than don't have cash!
