ZeldaVortex (working on new layout), E-Zelda (used up monthly bandwidth...?), and everyone's favorite, Zelda Legends are all down at once . Is there a reason for this, or is it complete coincidence. I just found it odd <_<.

i didn't have enough time to keep up with the old zeldalegends (or at least the fanart gallery), so i hadn't noticed, but yes, that is odd.

It's so sad when Zelda sites go down 
Although you shouldn't be too sad because working on a new layout or a server crash doesn't mean down for good. I would say the same for E-Zelda, because you could just upgrade your hosting plan to get more bandwidth, except that Mia, who runs E-Zelda, said she isn't going to renew her domain name

Don't know about the first two, but ZL is down because the server's hardrives died. Same thing happened to all of the other sites hosted on that server: Indie Zelda, History of Hyrule, Zelda no Densetsu, The Adventure of Hyrule.

Hm, that is strange...
Even stranger was how I noticed that two of the Megaman sites I visited got downed at the same time too. Same thing happened with a few Digimon sites I went to.
Perhaps it is a Law of Internet Nature? When one site of a genre goes down, they all must go down, or to quote Andross from Lylatwars (star fox 64), "If I'm going down, I'm taking you with me!"
