How do you get the Keaton Mask and the Postman hat?

And there's a Deku Grotto in Termina Field where you're supposed to buy a heartpiece from a Deku Scrub but I haven't seen him ever appear there...

Any suggestions?

Yep, the keaton mask is found in the back of the curiosity shop after delivering anju's letter at 4 am.

The postman hat, do this after you get the keaton mask, go to the mayor's wife, and get the letter and deliver it straight to the mail man, and get the postman's hat (theres a piece of heart in one of the mailboxes by the way )

Keaton mask: near the beginning of the Kafei and Anju quest. Start the quest by getting Kafei's mask from his Mum, the mayor's wife. Wear it and talk to Anju, after a certain time of day. (Check your notebook for when exactly to do everything). Meet her at night, deliver her letter to a postbox, meet Kafei, give Anju the pendant of memories then check the back of the curiosity shop again later on for the Keaton Mask.
Postman's Hat: Right at the end of the Kafei Anju quest. Take Kafei's letter for his Mum, and give it to the postman on the third night. Follow him to the Milk Bar, and talk to him afterwards.

As for the Business Scrub, you first need to look at him arrive through the telescope and he'll appear in the hole.
