[Steel Samurai]

Ok, I'm pretty new here, but here goes.

Part I
Name: Mitsuakara, aka The Shadow Samurai
Age: 19
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 180 lbs
Hair: Black, long, coming just below the shoulder, occasionally tied at the base of the neck
Eyes: jet black
Build: Perfectly proportioned, Mitsuakara is fairly strong and extremely agile.
Other: Occasionally sports a short beard. Mitsuakara is ambidextrous. Looks almsot exactly like Mitsurugi from Soul Calibur
Origin: My imagination; inspired by Mitsurugi from Soul Calibur

Part II
History and abilities: Mitsuakara has been trained in both the Bushido, or Samurai code, and the Ninjutsu, or Ninja technique. He was born into a family of Nin and passed the tests in a record 6 years, a third of the normal 18 years. Just as he took his final test his village was invaded by a rival ninja village, hired by a local lord, and he was the only one to escape. He wandered the country for 6 months until he was found by one of the most skilled Ronin in the country. He was taught in the way of the Samurai by this Ronin until the Ronin was killed by the men of the lord he had slain. Mitsuakara had completed his practical training by that time, and now currently is wandering the land, investigating reports that another from his village survived. Mitsuakara's mind is incredibly strong, and although he has no direct psychic power, if an enemy tried to either access his mind or control his movements, he can reach back across the psi-link and attack the enemy's brain. It is believed that this is a result of training in both Ninjutsu and Bushido, as both require incredible perception.

Weapons: Mitsuakara carries with him a dai-katana, a regular katana, a ninja sword, a tanto, 3 kunai, and 10-20 shuriken. He also carries the normal ninja compliment of poisons, darts and other such weapons. This is just when travelling, as it is a fairly heavy load to carry into battle. Mitsuakara carries into battle what the mission calls for.

Clothes: At skin level Mitsuakara wears samurai tape around his lower torso. Above this he wears a black Ninja suit, above this, either a dark blue robe which covers the black Ninja suit for everyday situations, or Armor for situations in which Mitsuakara knows there will be open battle. When travelling, Mitsuakara will put the armor into a pack on his back. His Dai-katana and Ninja sword are cheathed on his back, the Daikatana often wrapped in cloth and looking like a staff. His katana is strapped to his left side, with the tanto in a sheath on the sheath of the katana. The Kunai and shuriken are strapped to his right leg, in a specially designed pouch. Mitsuakara wears nothing on his head save a black mask on ninja missions.

Mitsuakara's mind is incredibly strong, and although he has no direct psychic power, if an enemy tried to either access his mind or control his movements, he can reach back across the psi-link and attack the enemy's brain. It is believed that this is a result of training in both Ninjutsu and Bushido, as both require incredible perception. Mitsuakara is incredibly stubborn, a trait which has both helped him defeat enemies many times his strength, and got him imprisoned several times. Tied with this stubbornness is a stamina which enables him to keep fighting with his body until his will gives in.

Weaknesses: Mitsuakara is very well rounded physically, but he possesses no magical skills whatsoever. His stubbornness also often leads him into further trouble. Another weakness is the fact that he will always help a damsel in distress, no matter what. If his enemies know this they often use it to trap him.

Alright, approved.

As for your question as to whether it'd be approved under normal circumstances, probably not. We focus a lot on the bio, and though we're far more lenient now than we used to be, its still important. A good bio would probably be at least as what you have for your entire Part II.
