If you submit one character and put a lot of good work into it, you are eligible to get that character approved, no questions asked, without the usual scrutiny! Now, keep this in mind though - for the freebie character deal to work, you must put effort into it, whether it sucks or not. So long as you put effort and work into it, no matter how much we find fault in it, it will be approved.

However, if it's lazy and half hearted, then you just wasted your one free character.

Of course, your first character will automatically be put into this deal - you don't get to choose which character is a freebie, so make that first character a good one in order to take advantage of this!
