I uploaded the image to use in sig, but can't get it ON my sig...

Why can't you get it on your sig? Are you trying to use the URL of the big picture, or the url of the thumbnail? Because what you get from the thumbnail should work right.

I've tried both. The thumbnail gives me what I have right now

Make sure the type of file you're trying to upload is NOT a .bmp file.

Edit: Just saw your banner. Here's what you do. Right-click on the banner and select Properties. Copy the address (URL) go to My Controls, and edit your signature. Paste the banner's address there and use the tags around the address. That should work.

hmm...o.o; And earlier today I tried to add a picture to my sig, but it ended up giving me a screwed up looking picture. Is the picture appearing for you, but only a retarded version?

Hmmmm, that's strange...

If I'm not mistaken, the maximum allowed size for a banner on this forum is 600x200... That means your banner is a bit too wide. Try shrinking it a little bit.

I found out the size because I saved your banner on my computer and looked at it using MS Paint... Don't worry, I won't steal your banner. I already have one.

I did, then re uploaded, and then tried agian, and it looks no diff

It has nothing to do with banner size. Larger banners are not allowed, BUT they will still upload and go into sigs. Admins manually tell people if their sigs are too large.

In other words..the 600x200 pixel rule has nothing to do with this.

And as I said, I tried to upload a picture earlier today, only to end up with a demented, off colour picture that showed up in my sig, although the full-sized pic in the upload thread looked alright. I have no idea why it did that..only that it's strange. I tried that three times, and every time it was uploaded I got the same demented result.
