Rule 18: Don't ask to be a mod or an admin. Positions are chosen when needed, and based on trust, respect, intelligence and history.

You started a thread petitioning to become a mod, then PMed me asking for it. One day suspension for just...not paying attention to the law of the land. Sorry, buddy.

I know your intent is good, but you have to understand that we know what we're doing, and we all care for the various parts of LA. Zelda Storyline has just been given two new mods, so you shouldn't need to worry about it anymore.

Please I diden't mean to do this. I was a first timer, and all I was doing was trying to report people who were doing wrong. Please give me a chance. I felt a good part of this place. ANd I've got to admit the forums are a fantastic place to chat and have friends. Me I dont have any. I was making some friends, especially with dark~nut, but i just feel disorientated. Please bring me back. I promise for ever more that I wont do anything to oppose your website and moderators.

You're suspended for one day. You'll be free in 23 hours, but until then you have a good chance to read the Rules, which I'd asked for you to do when I closed your thread in the first place. Not reading the Rules in the first place, and then ignoring my request for you to do so, were the only things you've done wrong.

i feel responsible.... I told him why he shouldn't spam and such in the Zelda section because of the lack of mods. He seemed interested by this, so i explained:

Well ,it's only fare you knew what was going on, so I'll tell you.... In a creepy movie-voice-over-guy-kinda-way! Once, when times were good, there was peace in the Zelda section.
All the fanboys and fan girls were happy and care free. The storyline theorists made storylines, and the zelda media nuts were always telling the hotest news about zelda. When fights arose, the Moderators would break them up and people would be happy again. Ahh, times were good. But, all that changed....Suddenly,everyone's favorite moderator, Davogones, left to do things he "had to do." He was caught up in life. Since then, the Zelda section has been in havoc without it's mod to break the fights up. In fact, 3 people have been banned. Now, it's up to us, the common member, to do justice in the Zelda section and make sure that peace can once again return to the Zelda section! We can win this battle against spam, arguers, and n00bs!

Well, you get the idea.... If you want to know more, look around in the zelda storyline section, or the zelda general section, we have little-to-no mods, and most of the threads are locked because of fights. So be carefull, and help out our Zelda section!

he took it the wrong way, and thought we needed mods. What i meant was not to spam, and just follow the rules. Please, i feel responsible, he understood it wrong. Could you lighten his punishment or something....sorry! I feel so bad...

This is a light a sentence as possible, so it stands. He asked me personally via PM to be made a mod after having his thread closed, so..something has to stand. Don't worry about it, I know that everyone just has the best interest of the Zelda sections in mind.

The guy started a thread asking to be made into a mod, I told him to knock it off and read the rules, and he PMed me and continued to ask. He was punished, the punishment has ended, he's now continuing to be a member of LA, and it's all over. Okey dokey, Pharos/Pomazon?
