..that is f'n it. You spam, you have had a bad attitude as of late, and we've given you more chances then you deserve to shape up. You just recieved an unfairly nice reprimand from Chik about your attitude regarding the future dorms, and I thought that would be enough - but no, now you take it upon yousself to scream bloody murder when someone breaks a rule, which is a far bigger irritation then said rule being broken. The others can discuss this all they want later, but as far as I'm concerned, at this point in time, you are:

you were getting on everybody's nerves with your constant mod-acting. whenever there was any rule broken, there you were telling them they've done wrong. normally we wouldn't care about this, but the sheer volume you did this over the last few days was enough for the majority of members to want you gone.

i know you must be gutted. and i am sorry it's had to come to this. really. but we've given you umpteen chances in the past, sometimes you were even told you were on your final warning. it's not one particular thing that's gotten you banned, more like an accumulation of things that ended with this mod-pretence thing

Well...at least he's keeping a good attitude about this. If indeed we ever decided to let him back in the (likely not so close) future, I have no bad feelings toward him either.

I cant say..I ever really had anything against Zythe other then being a spammer and once and a while butting his head where it didnt belong. I guess I just feel sorry for him being banned..I hope for his own sake that he DOESNT end up like some of the banned members and have a hard time.."surviving" without LA. But like it was stated..he was constantly on his last strike. I think DJ made the right choice in finally pulling the last string. Kudos to DJ!

I've noticed that he was getting progressively sarcastic over the psat few weeks and the recent mod-acting. I can't say I blame DJ for banning him but it does suck and if he can read this (probably not) I hope he still keeps in touch with me on AIM. It's good he's he's being a good sport about this too.

He may have been annoying at times, but I'd thouight he was getting better, and he was always trying his best to make it better.

Well, he didn't try hard enough because he still screwed up one too many times afterwards.

Far as I, personally, am concerned, he's gone for good. No grudges, but I'm not about to reverse a decision.

What you guys don't get here is this:

Zythe was warned DOZENS OF TIMES. Many of these times were said to be his last chance. Be it his attitude or his spam, he continued to try to push it. Because of this, nobody has any reason to defend him.

Weird thing, yesterday, right. Just finished reading this thread about how Zythe was banned. The I go back to the main index page, and Zythe's name was listed under the 'online users' o.o

Banned users can appear on the Active Online list, but they aren't able to see anything of the forum.

You see on the much superior Invision Board, it doesn't work that way.
