Suspension for one day due to blatent spamming in the Zelda Storyline forum.
If people want to talk in a more relaxed way - use the Commons, or wait until the dorms are reopened.

Yes, but MJ admitted it was spam.
And then he proceeded to spam a fuckton more than MPS did.

We...don't look for Dav. We just don't.
Vet and the rest of us are around when you need us, though (especially LoS in the Zelda section, I would think ^^).
Er... I'm sure I've missed something, but, um... Why? Where did he go, anyway? And for that matter, why hasn't the Mailbag been updated for months?

Also, I don't quite understand why Fyxe, MPS, and them were suspeneeded as well. All they did was respond to my spamming, which is what Zythe did also but he was not suspended.
As, for Octo, I don't think he's even posted lately, has he? Why was he suspended?

Last I heard, Davo discovered how much fun the real world was and... has otherwise vanished!
Yeah, he's really wrapped up in real life issues. I sort of foresee him eventually dropping out of the community altogether.

Perhaps I misspelled suspended user and meant to put banned?EDIT: And Veteran mispelled blatant
I get alerted to something in the ZS forum, I don't know what it is because Zythe was offline, I go in there and see it spammed up to fuck. ALL of you suspended were spamming, and acting like you wouldn't get away with it. AND, none of you have apologised or admitted to doing something wrong. You're all on thin ice.

Er... I'm sure I've missed something, but, um... Why? Where did he go, anyway? And for that matter, why hasn't the Mailbag been updated for months?
I haven't recieved any kind of contact from davogones since late May, when I told him I was taking a break from the site. Since then, we've all been busy with stuff happening in our offline lives, and I imagine it's hitting Davo and Khuffie the most.
As for the mailbag... well, that's usually my job, and I had to take a break due to school. I'd do it regularly now, since it's the summer, but I got a real job (hurray and teh suck). I'll try to update the mailbag this weekend, if I have any free time.
Also, I don't quite understand why Fyxe, MPS, and them were suspeneeded as well. All they did was respond to my spamming, which is what Zythe did also but he was not suspended.
I believe the rule is responding to spam (outside of "You guys are breaking the no spam rule. Stop, or I'll report you.) is also considered spam.

Personally, I'm fairly new here, and I didn't realise a *mild* amount of off-topic posts were frowned on to quite this degree. I apologise for my ignorance but for the most part I'm fairly used to forums that have a 'no spam' rule being *somewhat* more linient for the sake of good humour.
I generally consider that if I'm not harming nor annoying anyone in particular then I am participating in good 'netiquette'. The common sense rule of internet activity. Clearly I just didn't realise I was causing quite so much bother. For that I apologise, but I think a warning would of been nice. And some mild comments from Zythe (who didn't give any indication that any particular *rules* were being broken) didn't really feel like a warning.
Still, I'm sorry for breaking the rule, anyway.

they were goofing off, yes. But, the thread was done anyway, so no one was bothered. Zythe didn't spam at all, and, to help more, MPS and conilious spamed once, and thats it. hope i helped

Fyxe, it isn't the first time you've gotten into ~mild~ trouble
Um...
Have I missed something? Other than a slight issue with my avatar (which was simply a mistake) and a misjudged topic I have not got in any trouble with the mods since I got here.
And I wasn't complaining, I was merely trying to explain why I wasn't immediately apologising and grovelling away, alright? Veteran seemed pissed off that we were not openly apologetic so I apologised. God, like I said I had no idea I was causing so much bother. There's no need for you guys to jump down my neck when I merely try to explain myself.

It wouldn't have been quite so innapropriate if you weren't in Zelda Storyline. You'll find the spam rule a little more relaxed in the Commons (and especially the dorms.) Otherwise you need to try and stay on topic.Personally, I'm fairly new here, and I didn't realise a *mild* amount of off-topic posts were frowned on to quite this degree. I apologise for my ignorance but for the most part I'm fairly used to forums that have a 'no spam' rule being *somewhat* more linient for the sake of good humour.
