Can't you ban his whole subnet?
Example: Ban 70.36.*.*

We can't, his IP changes randomly (AOL User) and banning the ones that we see would take out some of our rule-abiding members - me, for example.

He has AOL, so his IP address (sometimes the entire address, even to the first digits) tends to change...often.

Would it do any good to report AYoungAce to America Online? I was wondering if they'd be able to help. If not, we'd need to find out what other e-mail addresses he uses. If we find them all, we may be able to completely block him for now.
