You're all being suspended right now for downright obvious reasons- spam, insults, and swearing LIKE SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN ON THE FORUMS. For anyone who wonders what I'm talking about- a couple dozen posts were just deleted in the Zelda forums, rather than my outright closing several threads.

Zythe- your punishment is 3 (three) days. I was pleased that you cooperated by PMing to tell me about it and helping explain which threads had the most problems, but you also helped to initiate much of the fighting/accusations, and continued to do so even after apologizing to me in PM about it. If you'd gone on standby and NOT continued to flame the fight after telling me about it, you could have gotten off free.

Minish Vaati- your punishment is also 3 (three) days. I know you're a new member and I hate to do this to someone who hasn't gotten to spend much time around the forums, but rather than trying to stop the fighting or tell a mod/admin, you decided to get into the middle of it and help make things worse. If you haven't read the Rules already, it'd be appreciatable for you to do so.

Furious Octorok- your punishment is 5 (five) days. Whenever something is said that you could fight about, you HAVE decided to fight about it. I don't CARE if Zythe took the word "nazi" lightly when talking about Steve's strictness in wanting proper grammer- it AIN'T THE PLACE. We talk about the Holocaust in the Contro forum, NOT the Zelda forum.

If any of you have a problem with another member- either PM them to discuss it or immediately PM a mod/admin. Do NOT continue to initiate in the arguement. It makes. Things. Worse.


Edit: I'm also gonna put The Rules right up as a Stickied thread here in the Member Notices forum, so you, and everyone else who comes here, can see it RIGHT THERE. The Rules are around to be read and listened to. It's really not that hard.

It's alright...just remember in the future that if you're angry about something, bringing it up in private or telling a mod/admin about the issue is always better than screaming in public- we're here to help you guys, and that includes being a mediator sometimes.

Also- sorry Octo, I made a mistake on my first post. I'm just suspending you for five days, because I know you're a new member who may not understand exactly how things work here, and you have proved capable of civil conversation outside of the incidents that got you here.

Apologies to all of you if I seem a little angry...but it takes time to edit and delete that many posts. Time you guys coulda spent on making productive posts instead. Thank you all for cooperating, and thank you for not getting more upset by your current situation.

I would like to take this oppurtunity to apologize to Zythe and all others for any comment I posted that they may have found rude, inappropriate, or offensive. I got carried away and lost my temper, which probably made me seem like a complete jerk to everyone that didn't agree with me. I hope that everyone can forgive me, and if not, will at least act civilized towards me.
