I'm on windfall island and I can't seem to find the sail for my boatie. I talked to everyone on the island and everyone in every house/building.

There is an escimo (sorry i cant spell good) the guy in the blue coat. Talk to him hes behind this counter and he'll sell you the sail for $80.
