It's ben awhile, so my memory may be a little off, but... I think you need to get a bottle, and fill it with water from a little spring in that valley where you threw Medli up.
Take the water, and sprinkle it on the wilted bomb flowers up on the ledge by the entry, and then take the bombs and throw them at the boulder plugging the spring.

LOS is right. Medli throws you the bottle when you get her up on the ledge.
