I don't know what I'm missing here, but I go back to the castle and the red door upstairs/downstairs is not open to get to the sanctuary. I've gotten the first 2 elements, talked to everyone in town, did the kinstone things with everyone I could - what did I miss? Why is the door not open? I'm really stumped!!Thanks for any help!!

When you enter the castle, you go LEFT and up stairs, and then DOWN the staircase. Once downstairs, go right, then UP through the middle. Go across the garden into the Elemental Sanctuary.
