I know Laruto is a legendary pictograph from lenzo
I've been told Illari is the Windfall Postman who has the argument with Maggie's father
He's not in the cafe. I've been told that at night he's at flight control platform but he's not. Anyone help me?

i'm pretty sure that's the one you have to get before you awaken medli, otherwise he disappears.

I've checked several sources and the one that vanishes is named Kogoli

I found him on Dragon Roost looking out AT flight control platform during the day. thanks for trying to help anyway!
