its not real gold, you know that, right? just making sure. i've seen it in my nintendo power. i might enter the contest, like i usually do when the prize is something interesting. my subcription's almost out, so i only have a few issues left. i only get np because it came with the four swords adventures bundle pack, anyways.

A Very Special Edition of the Game Boy Advance SP

We have talked you about the collection editions of the Game Boy Advance that have been released, and in some way, they would not surprise anyone by now; but what is going to be released in England is one that will leave you surprised. Nintendo of Europe released the a kit that includes the game of The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap and a Game Boy Advance, with allusive details to the mentioned game... And if you are thinking that the GBA version that we commented you is the one, you are in a mistake. Such kit was accompained too by a ticket to participate in a contest, where 6 COVERED IN GOLD OF 24 QUILATES GBA will be given!!! We imagine that you would like to have one, don't you? So we, but unfortunately there aren't plans for releasing it in America.

Yes, there were some very limited edition gold-plated versions of that GBA. I believe the contest in question is over though.
