UM...well, sorry to say that this doesn't solve many problems, it actually creates them, especially since you made way too many assumptions that aren't even relevent.

The year dates are totally unnessecary, since most of them don't even line up right, and it's just....stupid.

The actual timeline is fine until LA, which is factual to come right after LTTP. Your inclusion of the Super Smash series is unnessecary and wrong, since what we can tell from Super Smash's plot is a child playing with toys. Soul Caliber 2 is also unneeded, since it's a totally unneeded plot, if such a backstory deserves the word, it makes no sense, and Link has no place in SC world at all

After Wind Waker, there's just....OMG, wow. The Rito have no place in the AOL backstory whatsoever, Link never became king of Hyrule or fathered two children, and the Master Sword in Labrynna is an Easter Egg, as it is implied that the Master Sword is indestructible. If the Triforce can't do it, how can a Hylian mortal? G&W Zelda has no place in the timeline either

The Light Force is NOT the Triforce, or a part of it, god, kill me now. Also, MC definately does not come in the MIDDLE of the timeline, that's just insane. FS belongs at the beginning or the end of the timeline, like MC. And the Dark Links of FSA were created with an evil mirror by Ganon. Vaati had no part in that O_o This is pretty fine as far as LTTP goes, except that most people place it after TWW. Seriously though, you need to completely rework this, and NO theory can solve all problems. That's like claiming Alchemy is real.

Actually the Triforce was made by the goddesses a symbol of their work/remembrance. They also infused the Triforce with some of their powers.

hi, my name is mike, and here is my timeline theory.  it fullfills nintendo's criteria and puts OOT first and ALTP last.
Here are some assumptions-the cartoons, comics, and  
CD-i
games are not cannon.  the Zelda rescued in Zelda II is the same one  
from
Zelda I.  The Four Sword/Piccori Blade/ Magical Sword are all one and  
the
same.  Only the silver arrows can kill Ganon, all other weapons weaken  
him
severly.  To be completely destroyed, Ganon must be killed in the Dark
World.  The fairy sword from majora's mask is the first sword from the legend of zelda.  The seashell sword that Link found in LA is the white swordv(this would explain why those weak swords are able to shoot magic beams).
the Links are as follows-
Link I (the hero of time)
Link II (the hero of the wind)
Link III (the hero of Hyrule)
Link IV (the hero of the minish)
Link V (the hero of the four sword)
Link VI (the hero of Legend)

1000 yr (ocerina of time)- a hylian orpahn named link becomes the hero  
of
time.  Gannondorf breaks into the golden land and breaks up the  
triforce.
he becomes mangdrag ganon and is defeated by the hero of time and  
sealed by
the 7 sages in the golden land.
1001 yr (Majora's Mask)-Link wanders into Termina while searching for  
Navi
and destroys the curse of Majora, saving Termina from certain  
destruction.
1009 yr (Link's Awakening)- In his quest to find Navi, Link becomes
shipwreck and wakes the windfish of koholint island from it's  
nightmare.
1010 yr (super smash bros.)-An evil omnipotent being forces link to
participate in a tournament along with other heroes from his universe.  
In
the end, the Master Hand is defeated.
1011 yr (Super Smash Bros. Melee)Master Hand returns with more  
trickery,
this time Link, Zelda, and a temporarily restored Gannondorf all
participate.
1013 yr (Soul Calibre II)-An evil being threatens Hyrule from another
dimension, Link defeats him and is returned to his own world.
1083 yr-before his death, the hero of time breaks up the triforce of courage and hides it around hyrule.
1600 yr-Under unkown circumstances, Ganon escapes the Golden land and  
wreaks
havoc, with the hero of time unable to be located, the descendants of  
the
sages pray to the gods who flood the world, turning Hyrule into a great  
sea.
2000 yr (the wind waker)-A Hylian islander named Link becomes the wind
waker.  He rebuilds and reclaimes the triforce of courage and wisdom  
and
kills gannon, banishing him from Hyrule and draining the water.
2010 yr (GC Zelda)-????
2070 yr- near the end of his life, Link hides the Triforce of courage  
in a
palace in the valley of death and commands the spirit of the sage Rauru  
and
the avian Rito to watch over it till a worthy hero comes and claims it.  
He
then broke the master sword to ensure that only someone worthy could  
unite
it, hiding it in Labrynna.
3000 yr (the legend of zelda)- Ganon escapes once again and takes over the desolate plane that was once the site of old hyrule.  Princess  
Zelda
breaks the triforce of Wisdom into 8 pieces and hides them in 8  
dungeons on
death mountain.  Ganon kidnaps her.  With the master sword lost and no  
hero
inheriting the triforce of courage, the mystical pixies called the  
Piccori
attempt to create a faccimile of the master sword.  the pass it down to  
an
old man.  a young boy of heroic lineage that allows him to fire beams  
from
nearly any sword named link defeats Ganon twice witht the sword and  
silver
arrows and reclaims the triforce of power and Wisdom, saving zelda.
however, she soon falls into a magical sleep, part of Ganon's vengeful  
curse
before his defeat.
3002 yr (the adventure of Link) After recieving 8 crystals from Impa,  
Link
heads out with the piccori blade and reclaims the Triforce of courage,
waking princess Zelda and purifying his soul in the process.
3003 yr (G&W}-Zelda and the triforce are kidnapped 8 dragons in a  
dungeon
while searching for the Master Sword, Link saves her.  After this  
battle,
the Piccori blade is enshrined and Link takes to carrying a Hylean  
sword,
which he cannot fire.
3005 yr(oracle of Ages and Seasons)-Twinrova, the mothers of Ganon  
hatch a
plan with General Onox and the wizard Verona to disrupt the oricles of ages and  
seasons
in Labrynna and Holodrum Link kills them, defeats a newly resurrected  
Ganon,
and reclaims the newly rebuilt Master Sword.  After this battle, the  
united
Triforce is enshrined and a small portion of it, the Light force is
enshrined inside princess Zelda and her descendants as a percaution.  
Link
hides the master sword in a newly built pedastal in the lost woods  
where the
hero of time was found and hides the spiritual stones in the Eastern  
Palace,
Desert Palace, and Tower of Hera.
3698 yr (the minish cap)-A powerful Minish knight named Vaati becomes seduce  
by
dark magic and breaks the picorri blade but fails to get the light  
force.  a
young hero named link befriends the minish, descendants of the Piccori  
and
defeats Vaati, who becomes a great wind mage.  Link rebuilds the  
Piccori
blade into the Four Sword and seals Vaati inside it.
3998 yr (Four Swords)-Vaati breaks free of the seal and begins  
kidnapping
maidens-descendents of the wise men.  A descendant of the previous Link
splits himself with the four sword and defeats Vaati in his palace.
4000 yr (Four Swords Adventure)-Vaati escapes again and attempts to  
capture
the light force.  His corruption also releases a dark link from the  
four
sword.  the four Links finally kill him and are confronted by Ganon,  
the
real mastermind.  They trap him in the four sword.
4030 yr- Ganon corrupts the Four sword and escapes, stealing the  
Triforce.
Using all of the light force, Zelda seals him in the Golden Land.  
Ganon
wishes to own the cosmos and turns the golden land into the dark world.
Plagues descend on Hyrule.
3980 yr-A wizard named Aganhim falls under Ganon's control. He calms  
the
plauges and becomes entrusted to the king.
4000 yr (A Link to the Past)-Aghanim kills the king and kidnaps the
descendents of the wise men.  the border between the dark and light  
worlds
begins thinning.  Link, the hero of Legend unsheaths and powers the  
master
sword.  he defeats aghanim.  
destroys the corrupted dark Links of the four sword, and finally, kills
Ganon, destroying the golden land.  
he reclaims the triforce, wishing for eternal peace and sleep for the  
master
sword.  Peace is restored the end.

Punctuation and capitalization are your friends. Use them. I haven't looked into counters for your theory yet, which I will later, but atm, it seems sort of viable. The seashell sword thing is unfounded though, because the Noble/Master and Picori/Minish/White/Four Swords can as well.
