I've been on every single freakin' Zelda site I can find and NONE of them have all the upgrades in the Ocarina of Time. I happen to know about a secret hole that gives you rupees, weapon upgrades and ...damage.
This can only be done as a kid:
In the Lost Woods, on your way to the Sacred Meadow, don't go all the way, but stop at a dead end where 2 Business Scrubs reside. Kill them if you want, then go into the tall grass near the tree. If you keep wandering around in the grass to the left of the tree (our left) you should fall down a hole and into a little area where a whole bunch of sprouts stick out of the ground.
The sign reads:
Forest Stage
We wait to see your beautiful face
Win fabulous prizes!
Put on all of the different masks, and they will give you either rupees, deku nut upgrades, deku stick upgrades, dance around you or... shoot coninuously at you.
Why isn't that on any of the sites I wonder...
Well, since it's not I feel like the first to find it (even though the chances of that are like 1 in 200). Heh heh heh, enjoy.

indeed, that was probably the last secret i ever got in OoT and the most confusing.. i got it something like over a year after i'd beaten the game '100%' OoT definitely did a nice job of keeping its more useless upgrades hidden

I recently replayed OoT and I got all upgrades. It was fun, although it was kinda wierd not rushing to the ToT and going to the Forest stage instead. Because it's true that you have to get it before Ganon gets the ToP right?

There's a hole somewhere in near the city gate where's ther4e's an endless supply of Gold Skultulas. Just use boomerang to catch and leave before it returns to you. It'll count in inventory but it'll still be in there. You pretty much do this until you mess up or something.

Come to think of it, I don't think I ever got all 100 Skultulas. I remember picking up the game after a time and doing the Shadow Temple, then getting to the boat dock and realising I'd forgotten my Scarecrow's Song, so I couldn't get the Skultula there. I'll return to it some day.
