I have just purchased The Legend of Zelda - The Minish Cap for my 8 year old son. He has managed Level 1 with no problems. Can anyone please help him to get to level 2 Mt. Crenel. He apparently needs to purchase something from someone in a cave, but he can't get there. He is well and truely stuck. All he is doing is walking around the village and getting nowhere. I have tried to help, but unfortunately gaming is not my thing. Can anyone please please help as soon as possible.
Many thanks.

Hm... if my guesses are correct, is he looking for a "useful item" told by a Deku Scrub?

Moved to Zelda help.
As for your question... there should be a spring with some water nearby. He can fill the bottle up with the water, and sprinkle it on some vines to make them grow into handholds to climb up a cliff.

Hi, My son sends his thanks. It turned out to be something so simple. Until the next time he gets stuck!

Often times the hardest puzzles seem so simple once you figure them out. Happens to everyone
Glad to be of help.

Ha ha, I love very hard puzzles! I'm so glad to have played the Minish Cap because it seems to be an answer to my wanting of more puzzles since the time I beat the Oracle of Seasons/Ages.
