On the New 3DS. I heard it can be pretty bad on the old one, though. Some people say they can chug through it, but others say it's not even worth trying.

I have an original 3DS, so as much as I loved the Wii U version (hell, it was a selling point for the system) and love the sound of these changes I'm not going to bother. I feel like Nintendo should've gone the Xenoblade route and made Legends New 3DS only, they might even have been able to make it even better if they didn't have to worry about compatibility. Sometimes it doesn't pay to try pleasing everybody.
