Okay, fellow LAers as the title suggests I am seeking suggestions.

Why am I seeking suggestions, well I will tell you.

Within the past year I have seen several of my friends perform the "30 Days of Beliefs" on Facebook.  What is this "30 Days of Beliefs" some of you may ask, well it is simply as the title suggests.  For thirty days this individual will make posts about what they believe in - whether or not they choose to elaborate their belief is that individuals option.  Another alternate I have seen are "30 Days of Thanks" where the individual posts for thirty days what they are thankful for.

Back on topic, I find this "30 Days of Beliefs" to be intriguing and to be a personal challenge to say the least.  The inner troll in me says..."Challenge Accepted".  However, I want to take this to the next level.  I want to do a "90 Days of Beliefs" and that I why I am seeking suggestions.

Thirty selected personal beliefs is no problem; however coming up with ninety could take me a while.  I do not care of the subject matter of these topics, nor do I care of the political leanings of these topics.

Aside from this being a personal challenge I think it could really help me further develop self-confidence in my beliefs and personal standing on issues.  I don't like to argue in person mainly because I do have a stutter when attempting to communicate.  However, I have found that the more self-confidence I have in my abilities to speak and convey my thoughts the less I stutter.  So this challenge could also help me in real life with my stuttering issue too.

I do plan to start the "90 Days of Beliefs" on my birthday - July 3rd, 2014 and proceed daily.

I do plan to post these beliefs on my Facebook for open discussion and probably here in the Controversial forum too.

tl;dr...Piss off you lazy f'er and learn the patience to read. ;d

Huh. Interesting challenge, although I'd add a minimum limit of 100 words a topic just to prove to yourself you sank your teeth into it. "I believe in baleen whales" helps no one, especially when statistically most people will think baleen must be their equivalent to our spleen because they're spelled kinda similarly.

There's actually an unfortunate, but easy to remember acronym from my debate club days. Answer these five questions and you have a solid policy-case argument.

S: Solvency: What is the problem you are talking about?

H: Harms: What problems does it cause?

I: Inherency: Why is this "inherent" to the status quo? Why can't you fix it?

T: Topicality: (Debate thing: every debate has a "topic" in general terms which is applied to a particular context.)

S: Solution: How are you going to fix it and how do you know these fixes will work/ won't cause other problems?

Like I said, unfortunate acronym.
