Just a thought. From my perspective and I've read from a lot of yours as well this place has kind of become an in-club, and most of us on here rather enjoy our privacy (I know I do). Since I've been back-tracked through here a couple times because of my XBL tag, it occurred to me a few people might say hear hear to getting rid of this feature, if at all possible. Specifically I'm talking about the feature that displays topics in Google results.

Also, if you wanna post something 'private', the Milk Bar isn't viewable to guests, just those with accounts.

I think that in order to not appear on google, we'd have to make the entire forum "members only," which means guests wouldn't even be able to look at the boards. There might be a way to turn off the feature that allows google to archive pages, but I don't think that's a very good idea for the reasons Rova said.
Open forums are naturally public things.
Places where you can post private info:
* Milk Bar
* Facebook Group
* Dorms Oh no I made myself sad
DO NOTE: Anything you post in a dorm or in the Milk Bar is subject to being Google archived if we make these forums non-private in the future (I forget if the dorm archives are viewable to guests and I'm too lazy to check, so they may have been cached already). For this reason, do not post phone numbers or anything like that on the forums at all.

Have you been trash-talking people on XBL and and picking fights and getting yourself into trouble?
My Gamertag used to be exactly the same as my old username here, so luckily I changed that. If these damn NHL hooligans thought I was associated with you, then who knows what kind of seedy stalkers I would have now!

Just outclassing people. Its frustrating to lose a hockey game 11-0, Canadians will murder you for this.

I have to echo Lena here - while I do know for a fact that there is a way to stop Google from indexing LA, that's really something I'd rather not resort to doing. I'd rather not become an even more exclusive club here; if anything I'd like to see this place booming again.
