Time travel and a song difference...

The ocarina of time allows link to travel back in time in spirit. Like in MM a few possesions are able to stay with him when he goes back, but all his progress is reset and no one remebers what he did. except him.
(If he were to travel in body he would be able to see himself, and there would be too many links running around.)
When he pulls out the master sword the door of time is opened, and he is allowed to travel back to his younger self.(in spirit)
Yet, at the ending of OoT he sets the master sword in the pedestal and closes the path between times.
Would this not just keep Ganondorf in te sacred realm?
If time resets Ganondorf, Zelda, and Link would lose thier triforce pieces.
Zelda plays her own lullaby instead of the song of time. I believe this is just to take him to the temple of time in order to return the master sword. Which also ties back to the "Zelda sage of time" theory.
Most of this just depends on which timeline poeple go on, but I wonder if both the scenes at the ending were correct. Link may have had the triforce at the ending because he left opened the door of time for ganondorf to get in, thus starting it over again.

As for Ganondorf? In the Sacred Realm? We don't know. Perhaps the Realm transcends time too. Maybe he's still trapped in there in the past. Or maybe, what I think happened, is once Link goes back in time, he meets the Princess, warns her that her plan is moot, and they lock him away ahead of time.
Why would I think this? B/c he's called a "Hero" in MM, and thus, must be a peacemaker of some sort for locking away the baddy.

The TriForce is magical, it transcends time. We are told later that all three still have their pieces. As to whether only Link knows, not true. NAVI knows! But noone cares about her.
And it's possible Zelda knows, if not, Link probably tells her when he goes to live in the palace.

Zelda has to remember somethings, otherwise she would not have given him the ocarina twice.
Your right, the triforce probably would go back.
But it would make sense for Zelda to send him back knowing Ganondorf would be realeased again, if only to get a better chance of defeating him without so many people getting killed.
Who said Link lived at the palace?

when is it revealed that they each still have their triforce peice?
In the end of OoT child Link still has the Triforce of Courage. You can see it on his hand.

I overlooked something Husse said, he is called hero in MM and he must have done something before leaving Termina.
We need more info on this.

Perhaps everyone knew of the Hero of Time, Kaepora Gaebora does say something about "I wondered if the rumors of the boy who can travel through time were true" in the CHILD timeline.
Is that in the Spirit Temple or prior? If its before doesnt that make time almost repeating itself or something?
