So I noticed ever since the forums upgraded that whenever I search for something, it only goes back like a year or two and absolutely will not show results any older than that. Is this something we can change, like we did with the minimum amount of characters allowed in a search?
Just thought I'd ask. xD

Another concern about the search function

You can kind of do it yourself, by going to the more advanced search and then using the "Find By Date" options to make the start date something from 2006. But I guess doing it automatically would be useful.

*shrug* This time I was just trying to find a specific thread that was older than 1 year ago, so I was having trouble finding it. I like randomly going back to read threads I remember from the past but don't know who posted it/what the title was/where it was posted/whatever. :B
ALSO I forgot to mention this in the original post, but this happens when you try to look at a specific person's posting history too. It won't go any further back than 1 year.

Hmmm, I think I might have set it right. Run a test for me, dear?
