Why have I been kicked from the chat? I tried refreshing, but it didn't do anything either.

I got random kicked today as well. Try deleting cookies before returning.

I did that, still got kicked. The weird thing is that I go in, it says I've been kicked, but still shows me as in the chat room. If I go somewhere else in the forums, it stills says one person (me) is in the chat. O.o

No, I think they're somewhat different. But since neither of those worked, I guess you should probably call in a Fish and see if he can fix it somehow.

Yeah we seem to be having issues, I haven't but it looks like everyone else is.

The weird thing is that I can log on just fine from a work computer. O.o

Just curious, what browser do you use? I seem to remember Toan mentioned that Safari users might have issues when he first rolled out the chat.

I use Chrome, at home and at work.

In that case, give Firefox or IE a try. Both of them work for me.

I remember Fish explicitly stating that Chrome would work fine. The chat is a Java applet is it not? Perhaps you should update your Java.

Doesn't Chrome update that automatically? If not, where can I go to update it?

I think this is a localized problem with Quistis's machine and not a problem with LA, but I did tinker with IP.Chat just to be sure, so things should work out for everyone. She and I have been PMing so we can resolve this.

I use a computer that is ten years old with no issues. That, I find quite funny.

Okay, I've cleared my cache, deleted my cookies, uninstalled and re-installed Chrome, updated Java, and I'm STILL getting kicked. WTF?!

Yet it works in Firefox (not even going to try IE).

It showed up for me earlier, but it worked fine after I refreshed the page a couple times.
