No, it's just my thighs rub & stick together if I wear skirts. And wearing something underneath kind of defeats the purpose of a skirt. I might look into some shorts/leggings/whatever for them regardless though, 'cause they's pretties.

I wear like a slip under them, but they're shorts. I sometimes also wear biking shorts under them. I hate it when my thighs rub together too. And when it's hot, they're all sweaty and it's just gross. XD

I'm pretty sure I have a slip like that somewhere. But it's all....old lady-ish. xDD And yeah, it's so much worse when it's hot, ugh. I just wish I could wear a skirt with just panties underneath and not have to worry about my stupid legs. It feels so nice. ;___;

If I go that route I may as well just wear pantyhose, 'cause the part that rubs together is closer to the crotchal region.

Also I can't really wear thigh-highs without a garter belt I don't think. Otherwise they don't stay up.

I know Old Navy has lots of skirts in there right now, but they're a little bit pricy. :c
Skirts in general are expensive. That's why I buy like a bajillion when I find some on sale. XD

I have that same problem, and just wear shorts under flowy skirts. Or leggings/sweater tights in the winter. It only looks funny if the skirt is too short, but I don't have many short skirts anyway, so it works.
