[canas is back]

We probably already have several of these topics, but It's always fun to think about it and see how much we change. Career and other shorter term goals are also welcome

For me
I want to make a metal gear solid or Legend of Zelda game, both if I can help it, but those might just be pipe dreams
Raising a good family
Going to every LDS temple, though this is becoming increasingly harder
Learning at least two other languages, at least to profeciency

Short Term Long Term Goals eh?

I have been meaning to make a poster for all the things I want to do with my life, have it hung on my wall so I can remind myself to do them. I suppose organizing my life goals is currently a short term goal. But who knows how long I'll put that off.

- Learn sign language. Dunno why.
- Finish this crazy awesome showreel that's been floating around inside my head
- Get my motorbike license
- get my boat license
- enter a martial arts tournament at least once
- learn at least two songs on piano
- finish one of the game ideas inside my head
- visit Halong Bay in Vietnam

There are many more that I'll keep to myself.

- go on a cruise/vacation
- get a job that pays well
- find a job my husband likes where he isn't physically/emotionally/mentally abused on a daily bases by jackasses
- pay off my student loans ($3,000 is nothing... unless you have a pathetic job)
- get sealed in the temple
- lose weight
- figure out how to be happy with who I am and the life I have

My bucket list is ridiculously long and most of it is unrealistic.

Let's name a few in no particular order.

1. Skydive.
2. Go to Europe.
3. Go to Australia.
4. Cross-country road trip.
5. TEACHER OF THE YEAR.
6. Zero gravity flight thingymabob.
7. See the northern lights.
8. Go to Alaska.
9. Meet at LEAST 5 LAers.
10. Make Dean's List before I graduate.
11. Make a cool looking music video where the song is recorded in a super cool studio as well. I want the cool outfits too.
12. Buy a princess dress.
13. Own a kitty.

I think that's good for now, right?

- Become financially stable, in whatever way I can.
- Get a new camping group together and do overnight trips in the Cascades.
- Visit Scandinavia and camp out in Norrland. Preferably during midsummer festivities.
- Walk the entire Pennine Way in Britain.
- Wilderness backpacking on Kamchatka.
- Basically, just travel lots of places. No glamor or glitz, just basic living.
- Would be great to have something come of my writing endeavors.
- Go dogsledding.
- Make a difference in some way -- charity work, volunteering, relief efforts, etc.
- Always keep learning.
- Take martial arts back up.
- Invade countries.

I already told you I was going to plan a trip to you Sharpy! And you said you could accommodate me.

Leo, I will make it to BC before I make it to Ontario, simply because I have family in BC and I want to take my daughter to the ocean. But as I stated before... I will come to Ontario.

I tell everyone that, my place is like a hotel some weeks... however, you just wrote something dirty about the word "accomodating" so I wasn't even under the impression you were considering it.

In no particular order:

-Visit Spain someday.
-Visit my grandparents in Puerto Rico some time really soon.
-Visit my brother in Florida which is a lot easier now that I'm Georgia. He's actually coming to visit me next month so let's see.
-Go one of those gay cruises with my fiance.
-Design and build a house for my mom to live in close by me when she's in her old age.
-To work for a design firm and some day become an art director.
-To work in either game design or 3D animation and see my name in the credits of the next big game or movie.
-To own a german shepard.
-To write a novel, a trilogy even. Maybe something scifi. And have it adapted to film.
-To meet all, if not most of my friends here in LA in person. Wisp and Dr Pogo shouldn't be too hard to meet but how the hell am I gonna meet Steel or Laz?
-To adopt a child.
-Own a nice looking victorian house in Savannah, convert it into apartments, and charge a decent rent.
