My name is Bustin. I am newly registered on this forum after finding it on Google.

I have come here to ask for some help from your large community. I am an avid Legend of Zelda fan, and an avid Lego builder with my kids. I am trying to convince The Lego Company that bringing The Legend of Zelda in to the Lego building universe would be a great idea. There are many different structures throughout the Zelda universe that would make awesome Lego builds. Not to mention how cool Link would look as a Lego minifigure.

I am attempting to gather 10,000 supporters of this idea so that Lego will review the the prospect and begin licensing negotiations with Nintendo.

I ask that you as a Zelda community stop by this site, register and click the support link for this idea. It is a work in progress, so it may look a little rough right now, as it has not been colored or textured.

I believe this is a great opportunity for both the Legend of Zelda community and the Lego community to benefit.

The link to support this idea is http://lego.cuusoo.c...deas/view/13330

For those who may want to help pass this word along please feel free to do so.

Thanks in advance.

Large it is. Hopefully as large as the Minecraft community was, which gathered 10,000 supporters in two days.

So please help spread the word and bring Zelda and Lego together.

And only for of which actually post in the Zelda part of these forums. You could try Zelda Informer or Zelda Universe. They have a lot more traffic. But don't let that deter you from joining our community. We could use some new members with fresh ideas around here.

If they had Zelda legos.... I would actually play with legos!

Dude there are maybe 20 people here.

And like 100 creepy lurkers every day. And I'm totally serious about that.

Noble goal, but I would've assumed you'd have to convince Nintendo first to make this happen, not Lego.

Lego does all the negotiating once there is a support base of 10,000 minimum people.

Last week Minecraft and Shaun of the Dead met that goal and are becoming licensed Lego products.

I am hoping with the support of the different Zelda community forums we can spread the word and get those 10,000 votes for Lego to license Zelda.

Those anonymousers... :e_e:

In any case, I support this, but like SOAP said, you should try some of the bigger websites. That'll probably make a bigger dent.

On the Lego Cuusoo site, there are a number of Zelda pages. You may want to consider trying to merge the groups together for more votes.

You have my vote.

I am planning at least three other pieces. Support from this community would be awesome in getting Lego's attention. You can vote for support at http://lego.cuusoo.c...deas/view/13330

Several ideas were submitted actually. None have reached the 10,000 supporter mark as of yet.

Apparently, the project has reached 10000 supporters: http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/6809

So now, apparently, LEGO's going to review all said themes in June and debate whether it's worth pursuing or not. Hopefully, this will be. :D
