Very clever. Looking at my neighborhood, I can see that the sprites are partly based on names. Such that Ocean Empire, a (fantastic) Chinese restaurant is represented by a few tiles of water, as is a large trailer park which used to be a man-made lake and for some unfathomable reason is still called that on the map.
